I have two questions and I hope you can answer:

1. Where can I download the TAR intros?
2. What is the site to make Route maps like on Wikipedia?

You have to make the maps yourself with a picture editing program

Paint will do, you just need to draw the lines and curves, pretty easy.

For the TAR intros, you will need realplayer. Just go to youtube and find the videos, then download it.
