Wow I have the weirdest craving for choc/marshmallow ice cream 

Laura at Foa says they are friendly tells them she figured Shambo would send her clearly she does not like her

Russ tells Laura he has twins etc

Russ making nice and proposes that they get together at the merge and he she and Nat go to the final 3
