I can't decide if this show is a good idea or not? On the one hand, they have done some truly good work for people who did need the surgery and could never have afforded it otherwise. But on the other hand, should we put that much stock into having everyone look "perfect?" What is wrong with being an individual? Are these people ready for such a complete transformation? Do they do follow ups, say a year later?

What does anyone else think? Good? Bad?

I agree Cindi.  Why do we have to have these "make over" shows.  Shouldn't we be happy with who were are?  It will be harder for our children if we all look perfect and they don't.   Just wrong. That's just me though.
