Dandrew appear to be sort of smiling.
Maybe they're just happy to be there.

Actually they have been great sports throughout the game, I'll give them that. I love people that can laugh at themselves and make us laugh right along with them .

I wouldn't call what they're doing trudging either.
I'd call it more "Andrew running as fast as he can and Dan matching his speed so he doesn't feel bad...ing"

So, it appears that Nick & Starr might win the Race. I wouldn't mind that -- they weren't my favorite team, but they were the strongest team.

How could you tell? The area around the Benson is where the spoiler photos were taken. Most likely where production stayed. That photo is the Hotel Vintage Plaza. One block south on Broadway, and across the street (422 is the street number). Enrico! I remember you from that other place! You rock so much! Glad to see you here. I'm KenF from the other place.

That looks good peach but where are they? The Cluebox's look like a Detour and Dandrew say something about getting through it fast, I think this is Newberg, first task. The tree canopy/ grab the clue thing must be the Roadblock Dan/Starr/Tina Then the Bridge of Gods must be something they all do but whether the RB or Bridge comes first I don't know plus all that running around in downtown Portland for clues might come before the pitstop so it would seem.

If everything goes right, I will try to post in the live show thread during the finale at TARCon. It all depends, but then again, we will probably be in delay in NYC while puddin is heading up the thread in real time. We'll see.

Peach, I have attempted to learn enough from those videos to figure out where the tree climbing took place. One possibility is Willamette National Forest, the closest accessible part of which is 60 miles south from Portland to Salem, then 48 miles east on Oregon route 22 to just west of Detroit OR. Another possiblity run by the Pacific Tree Climbing Institute is Oswald West State Park just north of Manzanita on the Pacific Coast. To get there from Portland it is about 75 miles WNW, including the last segment on local roads cutting southwest to Nehalem, just south of Manzanita. Given the time constraints of fitting between about 12pm estimated airport departure and approximately 5pm first place finish, I conclude that the task at the Cascade Locks area being east of Portland precludes going large distances either west or south.
There is a series of State Parks west of the Cascade Locks along US30. I believe that one of them should be the site of the tree climbing task. Possible state parks for this are: Rooster Rock Lewis and Clark Crown Point Sheppard Shepherd's Dell Benson Ainsworth John B. Yeon Viento
EDITOR's NOTE - A reference to Benson was removed as superfluous and distracting. I changed 4pm to 5pm finish time. I added Rooster Rock, John B. Yeon and Viento State Parks to this list from examining the map for hard-to-read information.

Well thats the whole point snapon..one team etc, I'm not going to repeat whats already been discussed in the last episode thread.
I just heard on the live radio that they finally got their passport again that night Do you think they were on the final mat but unspotted by the camera to make more entertaining for the show

Ummm...Production stayed in the Hotel Vintage in downtown Portland. Others were also using the Benson Hotel in downtown as a reference point. I don't believe there was ever mention of a town Benson. http://forum.realityfanforum.com/index.php/topic,17934.msg363131.html#msg363131But any of those parks could be! This company, and there are others, moves around and uses some private property as well.

I took french *my teacher was a horrible person*. Off topic. Nick and Starr and Ken and Tina are the top 2. Dandrew have backpacks and the lighting change! Tina and Ken look 2nd if you understand. Making them the third seperated team out of three to finish 2nd I believe lol!!! the curse!
