THE CURSE OF MICHAEL STRIKES ONCE MORE.
THE CURSE OF MICHAEL STRIKES ONCE MORE.
With great power comes great responsibility.  Please remember to not root for any team I like.  For the rest of the season might I suggest Terence & Sarah.

Andrew/Dan are stuck in traffic in their cab.
As are Kelly/Christy, behind them.
Kelly: I don't know how you live here. It's quite miserable.
Finally they make it through the traffic to a fast-moving thoroughfare.

Humayun's Tomb sign awaits.

Phil: Andrew/Dan, you're team #5.
Dan: YES! It was looking bleak.

Man: Welcome to India.
Phil: Kelly/Christy, you're the last team to arrive. I'm sorry to tell you, you've been eliminated from the Race.
Christy: We wanted this really bad.
Kelly: We'll be best friends forever.
Conf: I would never had this experience if I had been home, ironing sheets for my ex-husband.

All-female teams have always been my faves since TAR 4 all the way till TAR 10.

Until i gave up on recent season all-female teams like the married ministers and Shana and Jennifer.. and while Marisa and Brooke are really good cast for this season.. it just suck they can't race. Kelly and Christy are just, unlucky. But they caught their break on leg 3 too.

NEXT TIME ON .. THE AMAZING RACE:

Phil: A Fast Forward race determines who jumps ahead and falls behind.
Teams race on foot to the cluebox. Andrew/Dan first.
THEN, teams have to race in cabs.
Ken: GO!
Nick: This could mean so much!

Phil: ... and Andrew and Dan turn on each other.
Walking up a hillside trail or path.
A: It's not about you. It's about the team.

My thing about the female teams is that one of two things generally define them, either piss poor racers or they are at each others throats.  Very few of them don't fall into those groups.  With the men racing teams for the most part, they don't fight with each other, and generally race well (and not just because they are stronger or in more shape).  It just kills me.

Now of course Dandrew is the exception a male team that sucks at racing.  I do think for being incompetent they have made it further then any other idiot male team.

Kelly and Christy wouldn't have been eliminated had it not been for stupid Tina and her stupid green hair.

Yeah but they still have made a tremendous number of mistakes, not only in this episode but several others.

I mean take Dustin & Kandice (one of the few female teams I really like) they made several significant mistakes, but in both seasons they made them early on when their were more people and less likely to get you eliminated.  And once they got into the swing of things did really well.  And with little fighting among themselves.

Darn!  I really wanted an all-female team to win!  Maybe it's just as well, however -- I like Toni & Dallas more.

Yeah, it seems like Tina saved Andrew & Dan, but we don't know how many minutes Kelly & Christy were behind Andrew & Dan.  For all we know, Kelly & Christy may have been behind many more minutes than it would've taken for Andrew & Dan to find the clue without Tina's help.  But I doubt it.

Well at least it wasn't just the safe task.  That wasn't a good leg for them from start to finish.

I hated season 9 when my team dominated the whole leg, except the final task and then lost.  That sucked.

Even in season 10, those last two legs were bad legs for the girls.  They lost due to their own actions, not because equalizers allowed other teams to fully catch up or other things.

well, to be fair, the leg that they got NEL'd on in TAR10 was a REALLY good leg for them(they were in first) but they drove past the stupid detour LOL

but enough of the past.

Wow, this sucks.. I was really rooting for Kelly and Christy. This makes me mad especially seeing how they had their best finish last leg. But they made way too many mistakes this time around. Oh well, there's always next season to see a team I like win, cuz I really could care less for any of the remaining teams.

It was just funny that the credit of the first all-female team in the F3 goes to a pair of overweight moms. Not to be discriminating or what, but Lyn and Karlyn serioulsy pulled that off! :hearts:
