Some pix that people may be interested in.  Unfortunately just when we
arrived in Kleine Scheidegg (the gateway to the Eiger and Jungfrau
mountains, the fog rolled in!)

1 Alpine Mountains
2  More Mountains
3  Alpine Village
4 Lake Brienzersee
5 Interlaken - Paras landing
6. Jungfrau from Interlaken
7. Lauterbrunnen Valley
8.  Cog railway on way to Jungfrau
9. Jungfrau

10. Eiger North Face
11. Eiger and Jungfrau
12. Mountains
13  More Mountains

The cog railway runs from Lauterbrunnen up to Kleine Scheidegg where you
can get another cog railway up to the summit of the Jungfrau (actually
you end up inside the mountain and you take an elevator up )

Happy Birthday, GMAN. May you have many more!

I want to also address one picture, that of the People's Palace in Bucharest. I have already said this in a prior post, but it is worth saying again. That photo is taken from a good distance from the building. It is the second largest building in the world after the Pentagon. I took a 75 minute tour of it and the marble inside is spectacular. I believe that AR14 will visit there on return from Brasov before teams fly out of Bucharest. Since it isn't open in the middle of the night when the teams arrive from Salzburg, it is very unlikely that it would be visited before the night trains leave for Brasov.

Hey, thanks for all the BDay good wishes :hearts: :hearts:  You make me feel young again, not a day over 65!

This ole geezer just keeps going, and going and going (move over bunny :yess:)

Now lets see if TAR14 goes anywhere near where my pix were taken.
