That's sweet of you. I've missed being here! Sorry I've been gone for awhile, but I'm real focused on losing weight as per doc's orders. So sitting at the computer less is a MUST. I'm walking 1+ mile nearly everyday+watching my diet. On March 1, I set a goal to lose 2lbs per week. Haven't lost that much, but at least I dropped 4.5 lbs in March! Yes! Me happy.
My exercise program is also strengthening my back, & I've had a LOT less pain.
Well...it's so GR8 to be baaaak with all you GR8 peeps!
