I think it was Chateau that called this?

Toni & Dallas

Wouldn't these two be wearing these clothes when they start the 2nd leg at the Forte São Marcelo in Salvador?

I assume that was a rhetorical question, as we already found it here

Any chance we can get some times on these pictures Chateau? Map thanks to Slowhatch

Thanks to Nivaldo we know that the older couple, assumes Ken and Tina, finish the Roadblock first but whether they get passed on the way to the pitstop, Cidade Da Crianca, remains to be seen.

And in Slowhatch's map find, I do have to wonder about the Motel My Love right next door...

I am getting the feeling that the airport drama shown in the previews indicates that teams will be flying in the morning daylight.  These shots have a lot of daylight in them.  And that is inconsistent with the 2:30 am flight we were thinking they could take.  Maybe that flight was overbooked or got canceled.   We already have id'd the next best flight to Fortaleza and it is:

G3 1642 leaving SSA at 6:45 am arrives REC at 8:00 am
G3 1642 leaving REC at 8:30 am arrives FOR at 9:40 am

And there is an inside shot of Recife Airport that looks close to the clip of teams preparing to board:

I should have moved all this stuff over to this thread, sorry about that.........

Boingo,

Here are the flights GOL that teams could take April 25 from Salvador to Forteleza:

G31642 0645 0930 SSA FOR with stop in Recife
G31260 1130 1350 SSA FOR with stop in Recife
G31817 0335 SSA GRU connecting Sao Paulo with G31772 0800 1120

On April 23 teams landing in Sao Paulo would want to fly straight to Salvador. However, some may for reassons of very late arrivals or weather have been delayed and found their best alternative to be through Rio de Janeiro. There are no appropriate flights on GOL from Sao Paulo to Rio. Howver, there are several from Rio to Salvador:

G31600 1030 1250
G31830 1435 1630
G31602 1610 1810

Thanks to our friend we know that the Roadblock leads them here (below) for a clue then onto Pecem port, thanks to Chateau, by jangadeiros but why they are in Praia Iracema at night I don't know

Cidade Da Crianca/Parque da Crian‡a

I'm thinking this is the Parque da Criança/ Cidade Da Crianca.

Boingo!! You found the pousada!!

Does anyone have any guesses on the detour tasks?

Well, what's with the donkey? and the dune buggies? and the boats? Is that just transportation or part of the detour?
Oh TELL me we get another donkey task!

And this:

*A game of blindly following the leader forces two girls to unwillingly get their very clean hands dirty.
*One team's failure to properly read a clue causes them to dig and dig and dig for a treasure that doesn't exist…will they realize their time-wasting mistake before its too late?
Are these two the same? As the girls (Pinks?) misread the clue, waste time digging, possibly come in last?
Might be slow, =maybe foreshadowing?

*After being slighted by team after team, one desperate couple is thrilled by another team's surprising "class act" move.
Terence/Sarah are lost, maybe someone helps?
Or we see Anthony/Stephanie pushing a taxi, maybe someone helps them?

*One Racer gloats about convincing an airline to perform an unbelievable move…so unbelievable that a fight breaks out over how true the story really is.   Tina--fight w/ Terence?
