For everyone who wants to play along at home, and see how well you are week by week at figuring out the identity of The Mole, play along with others on RFF with our new Mole Game!

Here's how the game works: Each week, you will get two sets of questions.  The first set is the identical quiz that the contestants take.  Please note these questions will not be scored until after The Mole's identity is revealed at the end of the show.  The second set are questions regarding the current week's episode that I come up with, and will be scored immediately after the show airs.

Yippee! Only one thing--for the ongoing one, we kinda need to see the episode, don't we? Only then we know who gets elim'd? But we can't begin to answer the Q's w/out seeing the ep otherwise we are just spitting in the wind.

How can we work around this? Do the quiz from the preceding week and just toss the one's about the executed person? This actually kept me up last night! :lol:

Are you talking about RFF's questions, or the Player's Quiz?  If you're talking about the Player's Quiz, then I will post those questions right after ABC releases them and will be open until the next episode airs.

The Player's Quiz...The prob is we can't really answer the questions with anything but a guess until we watch the episode...

For instance this week there was did the mole wear a hat?

We could only guess until we saw the show because we wouldn't know if our choice wore a hat or not...we need the episode to let us choose. But the drawback of course is that we then know who gets elim'd...

I don't want to just guess without something to base it on, so I would almost rather do the quiz from the week before and throw out the elim'd person's Q's.

Or am I totally overthinking this? :lol:

Peach, I will leave the Player's Quiz open for one week after the players take the quiz.  For example, this week's questions, one can re-watch the episode on ABC.com and answer questions there.  Or, I think you can get the quiz on ABC and you can take the quiz while watching the show on-air.

Episode 2's Player Quiz questions will be open from the time they are posted on ABC.com, until the time Episode 3 airs.  From that point, Episode 3's Player Quiz will be open until Episode 4 airs. 

Does that make any more sense?  Or is that too complicated?  I have to close them because over time because the questions in earlier quizs will be easier to answer once more contestants are executed.  (I.E. "Who is the Mole?" will be easier to answer between Episode 1's Quiz and Episode 10's Player Quiz)

Yes that makes sense! Thanks! Of course, we will have the advantage over the real contestants of knowing (based on the execution) of who not to vote for, but I will still be interested to see how well we can all do!

And since the ABC Quiz site died from overload immediately, we may never get to play there at all! :lol:

That's one of the great things about being an RFF member, our games are ALWAYS open to the public!  We don't require an age limit like ABC's online player quiz does.

And yes, you are right.  Marcie's respective answers in this week's quiz are not correct, so you have a 1-in-11 shot at picking the Mole's identity correctly, versus the player's 1-in-12 shot.   :yess:

Glad you enjoy the game, randall!  I always do my best to try and come up with excellent and original questions every week. 

I also think the show is picking up steam now.  The first episode was very slow, but when the second episode started, I knew that this was going to get better and better every week.

"Getting Neutralized" was used in previous seasons, in which a contestant receives a green thumb print in their journal that prevents them from getting an exemption in this round.

Has everyone who did not make their picks for "Week 4 Players Quiz" make them already?  Because I am considering closing the game early due to giving other advantages due to another contestant executing tonight, leaving 6 our of 8 players still in the game.  I want to make this fair for everyone.
