I am happy we have a 40,000 mileracer this time

I'm hoping for something closer to 70,000 miles and six continents again. But I'm glad it's finally getting longer instead of shorter.

Season 12 just had a pathetic route and reducing the number of legs didn't help.
Hooky, Maybe I have missed something about 6 Continents, but how did you conclude that for AR13? I don't know of anything that definitely says that and I consider inclusion of Africa in AR13 unlikely.

Stumbled accross this FREE flight logging/mapping tool called FlightMemory

Flight Memory enables you to easily keep track of where you have flown and then easily produce maps showing your flight routes.  We'll also tell you your total time in the air, distance flown .....

Just sign up (no e-mail required) and use the FREE service.  Avoid the poster stuff.  Generate your own "Neobie" TAR route maps.

I don't know. To me it makes sense that all those islands must be part of some continent. I grew up learning that Australia, Papua New Guinea, and all the islands in that general area are part of the same continent. Just like Madagascar and Mauritius are part of Africa.

But Season 13 is 5 continents, in case you thought I posted 6. And I've just never questioned that NZ is part of the Australia/Oceania continent.

If those aren't the issues, I'm not sure what you mean.

Peach:

Please enjoy this map of downtown Fortaleza. Since it is a city of 2 million the map should be bigger, but this is all I can find:

Peach:

I know an overview map of Salvador de Bahia already exists on this thread. This map of the downtown area may also be helpful:

Not maps exactly, but Peach accepts VRs, and these websites keep getting better. Tour Virtual Brazil has portals for both Salvador and Fortaleza; the taskbar on top includes a dropdown box (click to see different places around town), a Googlemaps plugin, even music. Quicktime needed, broadband recommended.

If you don't mind the Portuguese Maplink has street search, business listings (but no pousada ceu  ), etc.

Found this while researching the bike route: maps, virtual guides (places spotted to Gmaps), etc.

GM and GE should be good enough for NZ. If you want specialized search, you could try Smaps or YellowMaps or Zoomin (the last supports photos and tags).

Slowhatch, is the tilt option no longer a "free" feature on GE or am I not seeing it? Thanks in advance
