I just don't think the blue shirted fellow is the same person as the now identified Terrance on the bus. The build is wrong and this fellow's hair looks darker to me.
In the bus photo I see Sarah has a purple scarf attached to her backpack, he has something purple looking around his right wrist, and the YouTube poster says they are the purple team.
Blue shirted fellow's right hand can't be seen but he has a blue wrist band on his left hand.

I think it is the same guy. The blue shirt, the sunglasses, the hair style all match. The hair probably appears darker because of the angle of the shot. As for the purple bandannas (or at least thats what I'm assuming they are), they seem to only have been used for one leg. This photo was taken before that leg.
Maybe emnutkin can tell us? That is, of course, if Terrance doesn't mind...

I have no idea what exactly they were looking for, and the day I saw them was Sunday May 4, I think late AM my time. We are, I believe, 11 hours ahead of EST. |

But if it was a roadblock then the blonde could be a member from another team.  I'm not sure either way. There are similarities between the two men, but with only those 2 pics, it's hard to be absolutely certain either way |

He doesn't look to be the same person to me, check out the hair , the way its cropped around his neck and the color as well as texture/thickness.

So seems very likely that they are 2 separate people. OTOH, I don't interpret that post to mean that he was WITH the blonde in the green shirt, just that she was there at the same time. Heres more Siem Reap BlogSaturday, May 10, 2008 A day in Phnom Penh (Cambodia) Phnom Penh is the capital of Cambodia and it’s a 6-hour bus ride from Siem Reap. We were hoping to take the Mekong Express bus or plane going there but both were fully booked so we ended up taking a regular airconditioned bus which turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we chanced upon the shoot of Amazing Race right across where our bus was parked!:) Photo-taking isn't actually allowed but we were able to snap some shots from the bus.
