Rex84 in the comments of his
album mentioned Paco park; if it wasn't for that, I'd be looking all over Manila
. The pit stop is in front of the St. Pancratius chapel in Paco. (compare the door designs; original size sources
here and
here .)

Found out that a friend's friends were picked as one of the teams on TARA2 (Malay girls team from Malaysia). Will try to find out more.edited to add : Damn... wrong show.. they got on a different (similar) show called the Explorace, not TARA. My bad.

From
Slowhatch's Prague Blog find , the author of the blog, Emma, has been kind enough to share her photos of the Amazing Race that she took in Prague.
From the photos, it is clear that this is TARA, especially as she was lucky enough to also get what we believe is the TARA producer,
Michael Mckay (thanks again to Slowhatch for the producer link and to puddin for the producer spotting!)
I'm awaiting further confirmation of the exact date, but does seem to probably be 7/17.
That's Adrian & Collin. Same T-shirts as on the 1st photo shoot day.

Thanks banzai!
Any idea where Paula and Natasha might have been in that video?
Any hopefully they just have on the same clothes on a different day--Singapore tasks and all the way to the Philippines would be a lot!

Since we have a pitstop in Manila, Singapore should be in leg 2 or 3.
my guess is Philippines Leg... n All girls Team from Japan ... - 1 of the girl said "Ganbate ne" to another one... may be road block ... task related to Padi Feild or Ox ... like TAR5....
Now in this vidcap, the camera is pointing to a 2nd team (orange or red) and not to Paula/Natashia
Now the guy stands up and he looks like Daichi because cabioTAR said "Ganbate ne". That means good luck or keep up the good work or something like that in Japanese.

Just a tiny picture of Chris D filming .. too small for me to make it out
Me shooting Amazing Race Asia July 2007 Jul 2007 - Cameraman - Amazing Race Asia 2007 for AXN/Active TV. I survived! ...Just... A great experience - very demanding - note to self: must get more fit! The whole show is such a logistical nightmare - my hat off to the good people of Active TV, particularly Serena Lau who convinced me to join the gang

The picture shows him pointing westwards from the bridge into Singapore River's
Boat Quay ... perhaps a
bumboat ride ?

I can't recall if this Singapore blog entry was posted? anyway...
Saturday, July 07, 2007 Amazing cheap thrill Last thursday morning, in a state of lethargy and boredom, I went down for a smoke from my office. The few of us gathered outside the building entrance huffing and puffing away when one of my colleagues screamed, "Look! The Amazing Race! The cluebox!"
Girraffe necks started to look around and yes, there it was, the cluebox planted next to the taxi stand. We got really excited and started sweeping the area with our peripheral vision for the camera crews. In less than 3 mins, we started seeing people with cameras running in. We exclaimed in unison, "They are here! They are here!"
Of course the teams found the clue box and went to their challenge - propelling themselves on a wire from the top of Tower 3 to Tower 4. That's a 44 storey dead drop. Luckily, we had a bird's eye view of the proceedings (as you can see in the photo). Yes it was a cheap thrill but how many people can say they saw the amazing race 'live'.

The best story from the trip was the airport cab ride in Bangkok. Strangely enough, entry into the hotel is guarded and cars undergo a under-the-car mirror inspection prior to pulling up to the entrance. Ordering a cab from the hotel we managed to get the nuttiest guy in Thailand. Mentioning to us that he was told to "Go, Go, Go" by his last passengers (obviously contestants from the Amazing Race) he informed us that he was only going by the speed limit (which was fine by us

For those who want to follow the official website of ARA2, here is the link to AXN's site, which has the team bios, a forum and downloads and also will have the episode summaries once they are shown on AXN:

Nice!
I thought it was just another Croatia pic. But the sign in the background is "Hauptwache," a plaza in Frankfurt.
