Nice Slowhatch! So maybe they are just going after a buoy clue? Near the shipwreck?

I found something today that said the waters around the wreck were not suitable for swimming as the waters are too rough!

Who's good at GE? I tried to look at that tank at the airport but as ususal GE hates me--all I got was a big cloud!
Heres a shot peach fwiw

is this it?

Do we need to get Amber to teach you how to swim?
I'm a water baby!  :diver:

What do you think about the GE shot?
It needs to have road/runway>>trees>>wall>>tank.
That's got it all but is the road/runway too far away from the tank?
Help! I'm terrible at GE!

You two keep fighting it out, good job  :nana

The task in San Fran is most likely the detour (the facts about your partner).  Season 9, 8, 3 all ended with puzzles that were roadblocks in the final destination city (though in season 9 you could talk to your partner.

Dustin has a Detour clue ..mswood, maybe you meant Roadblock?

Yeah I did, I even typed it correct later in the sentence.  I am a dumbass.

The only other puzzle type event was a general task in season five's final.

My guess is that in this leg there will be a general task, that both team members have to do (find the cigarette shop written in Spanish and make rob and amber lose  (:;) )

I figured that mswood  :kuss:

Michael what about the clue?
* A final task puts to the test how well each team member knows each other. Will this certain team at a disadvantage?

I meant to add this..I was looking for small harbors around Lanai for that shot of D/K with the detour clue in hand.
Manele, small harbor ( quicktime needed )

haha, I was joking about the cigar shop  :snicker:

I'm thinking that's going to be a task kind of like TAR8 and TAR9 where it is right at the finish line and once it is completed you run straight in....woah, it would suck if Eric lost that way again

:knuckles: not so fast! *refrains from saying anything*..other then...YOU WEREN'T AT THE FINISH LINE (:;) :meow:

no but honestly, I'm excited for that last challenge, I didn't like last seasons finale with the "run to the random giant cube and then take a taxi all the way to the finish line"

just a thought:

OK, unless C/M decide to switch Detours then one of these tasks has to be a "random" task because Charla doesn't have any more RB (she told Mirna in leg 12 that she wanted to save the last RB for her)

I found this photo, tagged Lanai airport, on Flickr (source page). The tank looks similar, but that's about it.

Yes! there is something called paddle surfing (no idea what it is) so I'm guessing that's what she's doing since she has a paddle in her hand, at first I thought it was a road block but she used all her road blocks already, which means it can't be one.

I've been looking around Lanai myself for boats--the Zodiac kind. I'm thinking maybe these two boats are the same (or the same company). I can almost read the logo on the shirt.

But it does not show up in GE!  Under a cloud.  But the shot you have up there looks solid.  Stuff's moving kind of slow here  (:;) connection.  I'll look it over some more for the "click".

Those neck things are the waterproof mikes the racers have to wear when working around water.

Somewhere I saw an interview about them with a former racer.

Oh, a sports jersey then. Nevermind.  :carryon:  :-[
(I think I remember that interview: it was about the dentist (Blake?) and the mikes worn during the water polo task)

Just noticed you were looking!

Found these Zodiac boat's from Captain Steve's and Trilogy--two of the popular companies. But neither are quite right.
