Sorry G-man but no one is Elim'd this week (based on no racers seen on TES)...

But last?? Guess we'll see!

I don't think the yield will be at the top of the tower where only one team at a time can go, because what if a yielded team goes up and has to wait for the yield to finish, wouldn't the team at the bottom also have to wait?

After searching our forum for semi-documented Timeline facts--this is what I have so far.

Last (HK) Pitstop arrivals (guess):

D/O seen suiting up for the RB at 2:02 PM (by watch)--maybe to Pitstop between 3-4?

 Ferries depart at 0130, 0200, 0400, 0445, 0600, 0700, 0730, 0800 and then every 15 minutes until 1800, and take approximately 55 minutes.

Quote from: mswood
Peach with Oswald and Danny just getting suited up for the Fast Forward at 2pm.  I would guess they check in at the Pit Stop between 2:45pm and 3:15pm.

So I think Dustin & Kandice should be much closer to an hour behind them, I still think at least.

With the Sunset being very near 5:40pm, I imagine the Dustin & Kandice checked in around 4pm to 4:30 pm.  With no real shadows or sun to judge angel, it still looks fairly well lite with cloud cover.Change BQ's to sometime after 5:20-5:30pm.

With Charla & Mirna who do the boat task after the sun has fully set, so I would guess they arrive at 6:30-7:00pm.

Eric & Danielle I would guess by the even darker stages of their progress between 7:30-8:30pm.

With a sunrise of 6:55 am for the next day (give or take a minhute or so.)
Let's allow each team a guess of 30 minutes to get to the ferry, and one hour on board. Based on probable ferry departures that means
D/O at Macau Ferry Terminal by 5:30 to 6:15AM
BQ's by 7-7:30
C/M by 8-8:30 ish
E/D by 9 to 10 ish

Time to tower--5 minutes by car--?maybe 15 minutes by rickshaw/pedicab?
Bunching
Tower:
SkyJump opens at 10
SkyWalk opens at 11

So based on the above guesstimated arrival times, doubtful that (IF the Tower is first) that E/D would be in position to Yield anyone...but D/O would be! Unless there is something they have to do after arriving at the Tower to grab the Yield and E/D are faster OMG my brain just exploded

But keep in mind that if this is a TBC, D/O will still have plenty of time to make other errors next week that result in them being in last place in Guam--they won't necessarily have to be last in this week's episode.

* One team is left in a state of shock when they become victims of a deal between the beauty queens and a certain other team.
* Phil: and 2 teams strike a surprising deal to target another team with a Yield
               Hmmm...one deal or two?
Dustin Conf: We're going to race like were in last place.
VO: will another team except payment to help them?  (D/O may need extra $$)
Dustin: I was thinking about bribing them not to yield us
Based on arrival times to Tower--could be D/O +BQ's against E/D or C/M--E/D would make the most sense but would be fun to see Mirna's face!  OR it could be BQ's +E/D against C/M or D/O  :nut:

Timewasters:
C/M and the Moke
If O does the Tower--isn't he afraid of heights? That could slow things down...
Drum detour seems slower (if we assume D/O begin to fall behind this episode)
Who falls down--Dee or Mirna? Probably Dee)

Watch shots--ChateauTimes etc....

Dani takes a dive 3:20 to 4:40--probable Mat/TBC/NEL location

Tower times--

BQ's waiting at Tower/ToysRUs = 8:30-9:30
Which matches Kandice's watch shot of about 9:30

Dustin praying at the Tower at about noon

Charla in the rain doing the walk maybe 12:30 by weather report??

Noodle times:

E/D by the window 2:05 ChateauTime
E/D by the window Eric's watch time 8:35--dead watch??

Clock near Ch/M 12:50

So that all leaves us where?

Everyone will have to draw their own conclusions--

Right now I can TOTALLY convince myself of two equal but very opposite outcomes! Choose your stand!

You know what it is, I think we are all thinking that just because D/O get eliminated next week they have to do badly this week and mess up. I think any of the teams can come in last and be NEL'd today.

That's what I think too--as ABSOLUTELY stupid two NEL's back-to-back would be or even a TBC with a MFE in place. Stupid CBS!

Although I don't quite understand how a MFE and a TBC would work--do you just take it with you ?

Time for a break--the more I think the worse it gets!

I have a new guess to make in this shot where Eric's bamboo is seen laid out on the table.
For some reason, I just don't know why ,  the name Maplethorp keeps coming to mind.

Oh, the guess...yes, I think they have just started at their table and they are laughing at Charla & Mirna.  I think they were the victims of the yield.  In this case the effect of the Yield is going to be softened due to the one-at-a-time trickle of teams through the Roadblock.  Each team's Roadblocker will have to sit through a safety lecture, suit up, and carry out the task.  If it is done sequentially then the team that has to wait 30 min at the yield will be only a few minutes minutes behind the third team to complete the Roadblock.  It's a Yield followed by a bottleneck.  So the last in line is just about as worst off as the sandwatching yieldees.

At first I thought this was a gift shop ..now I see it might be the skywalk gear..
Why can't both team members go up? Both go up one comes down to watch & Wait?

One thing to keep in mind is that although the "official hours of operation" may start at 11AM, TPTB have always managed to arrange their own "hours of operation" which are either before the venue opens officially or after the venue closes officially.  TPTB want the venue for their own lonesome selves. (And all the production crew necessary!).

Sorry, but I seemed to have missed any mention of T for Monday morning.  But if they do not list "the lastest eliminated team" from TAR, then most likely we do have a NEL OR TBC.  Has TAR ever had two NEL's back to back?

hmm, if that's the case then maybe the twoer will open at 9AM? or 10AM? Is there any way that Dustin's time when she is praying can be a little off Chateau, because I can't see how she can still be at the tower if the building/tower opens earlier then 11..

I'd put it between 11:40 am and 1:20 pm.  Kind of fuzzy.

Hi, Where does it show D/O suited up for RB? And why do most everyone think D/E come in first? Couldn't whoever comes in after them take more than 30 minutes?

Hey  Mich , welcome  :wohoo: - I think there are a lot of things pointing to an E/D first finally. But yes, you are right, just because they are MFE and we know they don't get eliminated we are looking at it like if they don't come in first they will be screwed I guess.

Welcome Mich  :waves:
20 some pages and none of us agree on anything
Back to TBC or NEL..
I guess it is possible to be a TBC like someone suggested pages ago? Could be the teams get a clue that tells them to wait for HoursOfOperation somehwhere and thats where and how it would explain the BQ's confessional? Hold up in a hotel somewhere in Macau. But we whats bugging me is the sighting of Phil with the Cha's grabbing a ferry ride back to HK the next day.
Why is Phil there? Why isn't he ahead of the teams? I don't know? We're missing a key and my mind can't sort it out  :crazy ..
I predict someone will be right about one of the scenarios posted in the 20 some pages in this thread. :snicker:

I'm guessing the NEL tonight would explain BVMs comment because usually there aren't this many, are there?

I'm beginning to think that O/D Yield E/D  and it's a TBC. Does that rhyme?

Didn't Izad or Romeo say that the Malaysia leg was supposed to be a NEL but b/c Uchenna and Joyce were so far behind the other teams that they decided to make it a NEL?  Perhaps that explains why we are having two back-to-back NEL in HK and Macau?

Let's say the last legs were supposed to be

Krakow Poland - Elim
malaysia - NEL
HK -  Elim
Macau - NEL
Guam - Elim
Hawaii/SF - race to the finish line

BUT since U/J had the bad luck to fall behind a significant amount of time, that screwed up the remaining legs.  Therefore, changing the Malaysia leg to an Elim and the HK leg to a NEL (in order to keep the integrity of the race they still need to have the NEL), then the last legs end up as:

Malaysia - Elim
HK - NEL
Macau - NEL
Gaum - Elim
Hawaii/SF - race to the finish line

This would explain why we are having a rather odd NEL back-to-back where we wouldn't normally have something occur like that.

Anyway, just my 2 cents.

good job to everyone pouring through the vidcaps and doing the research on the leg!  It's been great to follow along and read it all.  I enjoy watching the show and thinking back to the spoiling threads here and say, "yeah, so-and-so figure that out on RFF!"   :js:

G-Man we ahve had a few cases of having Non Eliminations back to back.

Season 3's episodes 8 & 9 were both non eliminations.
Season 5's episodes 8 & 9 both were non eliminations.

But both of those were before the new 30 minute rule.
