The pic at the airport, looks like they are at a check-in line.  Taken on the day they left Malaysia?  Looks like Malaysian airlines?

In the conference room pics.....the two large sheets on the wall look like some sort of schedule.  The paper on the left, looks like it has "Sat, 9 Dec" and it breaks stuff down into different items. the sheet on the right looks like it says 10-dec.   Perhaps this was  staging place for the Malaysian production team in getting ready for the racers to come to the area.  This may be where they were meeting to make sure all tasks were ready to go and boxes set up and who was doing who. 

The sheet on the right I find interesting.  the writing directly under the "10 dec", almost looks like it could be airline info perhaps.

PUDDIN, one correction - the Macau pitstop is the evening of Dec. 13. The teams were spotted the morning of Dec. 14 leaving Macau to return via hydrofoil to reach Hong Kong and transfer to Kong Kong International Airport for their flight to Guam.

LOL, yeah she is. I don't know why I've gone this long without cutting it. The picture on my myspace was taken on the day I got my last hair cut in august, and now it's way longer then that...but tomorrow i'll either be bald, or have really short hair.

The chow kit area may be batik or cookies, I just can't say right now. This cap of D/O might put them near the Brisdale (compare the 88 to the sign here--click on full size; another photo in the album mentions that it's near to the Chow kit market). It probably doesn't matter much because:

• They act like they're lost
• It's been mentioned before that there's probably a lot of "88" names in KL

I've attached a couple of kmz: one of the chow kit area (approx.), and another of the bus station they would likely go to for transport to Batu Caves.

Did you have any luck mapping this all out? (Sorry if I missed something--my computer's insides got fried and the Dell man and I have had a just lovely day together! But I'm mostly back on track although need more work next week...)

I'd love to see where everything is and how it relates to each other and haven't had time to look yet.

Wasn't there another location mentioned in the blog too? Hatamus? and where is Kg Baru--is that recycling?

This picture has most of the stops (except Batu, which is on the north edge of town). As they learned in TAR3, the best way to get to town from the airport is the train.

LOL, obviously, I meant the guy wearing the French hat thing... It looks like he has a goatee just like Uchenna, but now that I think about it I remember that Danny wears a French hate on this leg.
