* A pair of teammates with a close bond suddenly finds themselves at odds with each other. Will this be the beginning of the end of their relationship?
* One team is surprised and confused to discover thenselves target of another team.
* Some locals in Malaysia can't help but encourage certain racers in surprising ways, one racer offers undoubtedly appreciated advice for the Malaysian youth.

Maybe its a recycled challenge? TAR Asia The Detour for this leg was Paint or Pot, which describes two craft techniques. In Paint, members of each team would work together to make a batik painting based on the design shown to them. In Pot, one team member would make a pot from clay using a pottery wheel while the other member controlled the wheel's spin. In both cases, teams would receive the next clue if the person in charge of the Detour option selected was satisfied with the result. Hey! I already suggested that yesterday! steeling my idea huh? A pair of Teammates with a close bond suddenly find themselves at odds with each other. Will this be the beginning of the end of their relationship? Danny and Oswald as was shown in the preview. One team is surpised and confused to discover themselves the targe of another team. Hmmmmmm....U/J??? Maybe that is why they end up behind? Some locals in Malaysia can't help but encourage certain racers in surprising ways, and one racer offers undoubtedly appreciated words of advice for the Malaysian youth. This is sounds like something Mirna would say/do. Perhaps they get help from the locals.

Damn you episode title, COME OUT! I keep checking for it too. Did anyone watch TAR:Asia? They started in Malaysia. I wonder if they might use some of the same tasks? Off the top of my head, they repelled down the middle of a high-rise shopping mall and there was a detour where one of the tasks was painting these patterns on a cloth...bahtik I think it was called. I don't recall what the other detour task was though. I'll have to relook at episode 1 again. Damn

Could there be a yield on this leg? That would explain the middle clue.

Yield! It is time for the yield! Maybe that's what happens to U/J? They should have a nice start for the next leg if the bunching isn't too bad again.

Yay Malaysia! When I saw the recycled picture, I was thinking Petronas towers. Didn't TAR 3 visit this place? And it was in the Intro video, so... I hope this leg is a TBC.

Was just wondering where you were! But wait--do you mean this mosque? Because i thought we knew this: Boingo and Neobie: Putrajaya Mosque, just outside of Kuala Lumpur. I have no idea what they could do in Putrajaya though (it's an artificial capital city). The main mosque at the heart of the Malaysian capital of Putrajaya [attachment deleted by admin]

Nice catch, guys.. but the mosque in the preview screenshot (with Danny & Oswald) is not the same as the one in Putrajaya (which is the one in the opening credits). I honestly don't know if they're actually going to the Putrajaya mosque, or just passing thru, or just the editors trying to mess with us and it has absolutely nothing to do with the leg. Has that ever happened before - the editors putting in 'fake' shots in the opening credits?

It's a different mosque, peach. Slowhatch is referring to the mosque that's within KL. Finding that mosque could help us better understand why Danny/Oswald where shot strolling close to it. There's a lovely pic of the Putrajaya mosque here. Has that ever happened before - the editors putting in 'fake' shots in the opening credits? I dunno. But some intro pics from this season weren't shown in any of the episodes. There's those children shots, and the fish in the market shot (but it could still come up later).

Crazy idea why Oswald/Danny are in front of this building with the number 88. The Petronas towers has 88 floors. If this was a detour task, then it could be answering riddles by going to various places in the city that would provide them answers (reminiscent of the TAR 3 Swiss bank task) that describe their next destination, the Petronas towers. Then once there, a Roadblock would have someone rapelling down one of the towers. Hehe, wishful thinking. But what is that building with the number 88? A mini hotel? Apartment? Condominium? Mini mall? Parking lot? Restaurant? The possibilities are endless in bustling KL. [attachment deleted by admin]

Sicne this thread is where the action is, I want to get maximum audience for the following:
HAPPY 1000th POST, PEACH!
While we were all busy with predicting episodes 7/8, sometime on Friday or Saturday (judging by her current count of 1057) Peach reached the magnificent milestone of 1000. We should all congratulate her on this achievement. I hope that I am the first.

First clue from the screen caps-- Like that is going to help! Not much of a clue; ;the sign over the store window says "CORNINGWARE" which is made in upstate New York and sold worldwide.
