well - for all we know they pull an africa and just take a risk with another flight going to Malaysia That shot of phil and the greater in daylight looks like the offical "first team to arrive, first glance at phil" shot.

How about "I wouldn't kid you--you are STILL racing!" Hence our two hour episode next week--a TBC?

I wonder if the pitstop greeter in Warsaw is suppost to be Józef Antoni Poniatowski, the son of the brother of the last king of Poland. (or just some 19th century military officer....but the blue sash implies nobility) :-\ Poniatowski, Józef Anton, Prince (yū'zĕf än'tôn pônyätôf'skē) , 1763–1813, Polish general and marshal of France; nephew of Stanislaus II. He fought (1792) the Russians in the campaign preceding the second Polish partition and in the insurrection led (1794) by Thaddeus Kosciusko. He became minister of war of the grand duchy of Warsaw set up by Napoleon I and in 1809 led the Polish troops in Napoleon's campaign against Austria. He again commanded under Napoleon in the Russian campaign of 1812. In the battle of Leipzig he covered the withdrawal of the French troops; then, cut off from aid, he plunged his mount into a river and was drowned. [attachment deleted by admin]

I never trust the Phil-on-the-mat-waiting-for-racer shots. Like last night it was going shadow-sun-shadow while teams checked in. They can take those shots all day long with or without a team there.

I think it's definitely...
Phil: Charla, Mirna, you're team number one! Phil: However, this leg is not over Charla/Mirna: Are you kidding? Phil: I wouldn't kid with you!
totally makes sense for a to be continued at this point in the race...plus the double episode...

There has got to be a FF coming, dont you think?? So maybe the pit stop in the light is because a team got the FF amd came earlier, or maybe not.
Cause with Malaysia coming next where else would two FF, two Yield fit in in 3 legs? There are none in the final leg, and all teams were seen in Guam so at least no FF there right?

Qantas Airlines ? ?
I am also perplexed by this. It doesn't make sense since Qantas has no African routes and no intra-european routes. They do have long-haul routes from London or Frankfurt to Singapore or Bangkok. these are ideal for the middle leg of a 3-leg trip from Warsaw to Kuala Lumpur. However, that will be in episode 9 unless I am totally confused. What is Qantas doing in this episode? If you have an idea, please speak up.

OK, I finally got to watch the promo with sound - now, Mirna does not sound happy - so my guess is either they are very close to the bottom (which would make sense since they are seen doing tasks at around what looks like sun set) or this leg is not over and they must continue (which is also highly likely!)

No as Kogs said if Phil were telling C/M that it was a TBC he would not have a greeter with him at the pitstop. Charla/Mirna had a two hour lead in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, one team..assumes Ucheena & Joyce report to be delayed on their flight. Yes there could be a Fast Foward Yield on all legs only shown if it is used.. from Phil's interview... They get on a flight ahead of you to the next place, and then you get on the ground and I'm meant to go explain the Detail, Roadblock, Yield or Fast Forward before I get to the Pit Stop. Well, if they've got a five hour lead, they're already through all those challenges, sometimes, and I've got to go straight to the pit stop. Then we've got to work out how I can back track, to go back to these places. Now if it's a two or three hour drive or a plane ride, it becomes a nightmare. It's not a picnic. And I love it, by the way! I carry my own bags and all the rest of it. IGN

Lazienki Palace
To be correct, this palace, one of many in Lazienki Park, is known as The Palace on the Water

To be correct, this palace, one of many in Lazienki Park, is known as The Palace on the Water or Łazienki Palace [ɫaˈʑenki] (Polish: Pałac Łazienkowski) also called Palace on the Water (Polish: Pałac na Wodzie) or Palace on the Isle (Polish: Pałac na Wyspie) is a Neoclassical palace in Łazienki Park in Warsaw. I've even read " Palace on the Lake".

To me it definitely sounds like Charla/Mirna are happy that they barely survived. Team number 5 or so. Or even perhaps last on a non-elim.

Okay are we assuming that the Pit Stop we see is the end of the 2cd epiosde?
Where are we expecting the first leg to end?
And do we see the GUidos doing any taks that we assume are int eh 2cd leg?
Because I am working on the assumption of some form of non elimination in episode #7. But if there isn't then, there could certainly be a non elimination round (where we do see the greater) and still be done to the correct number of teams as an option.
