Chateau has already established the sightline for the BQ photo and the Hotel Plaza faces the west side of the town square, so the BQs are entering the plaza from the Cerro-side. Either Cerro de la Cruz comes before Magellan, or there's still another task we're unaware of (or the cabdriver just happened to drop them off at that point  ). Dustin is holding something--maybe one of those oldtime maps.

Hold the show!   

That sharper image just turned my time estimate upside down.  The whole scene is roatated by 90 deg thanks to this corner that I did not see before.  I will have to redo the time for Romber.

Thanks, so the new time tells me that they do the Direction Pole task on Cerro del a Cruz and then go down to Magellan's statue.
