A NOTE ON TIME ZONES IN SOUTH AMERICA Quito is on the same time right now as EST. Santiago and all of Chile, including PUNTA ARENAS, is on Daylight Time right now, with the net effect that they are 2 hours ahead of EST. Ushuaia, Buenos Aires and all of Argentina is on standard time, 2 hours ahead of EST. Brazil, relevant to AR11 only for Sao Paulo airport, is on Daylight time right now, with the net effect that it is 3 hours ahead of EST. So, for the flights from USHUAIA, the first one to Buenos Aires will involve no time change, the second one from there to Sao Paulo will involve moving the clock one hour ahead, and then from Sao Paulo to Johannesburg(7 hours ahead of EST) the clock will have to be moved ahead another 4 hours. There is no time difference between Johannesburg and Maputo.

Are dustin and kandice doing an intersection with charla and mirna in this episode? That's what it looks like...why would Charla be telling Dustin to make a decision?

I don't think so Mike. My take is they are following each other ( alliance ) and..they are lost and maybe are asking this man for directions and he isn't sure so Mirna
shoves him and yells at the BQ's to decide which way to go. Or you are right and I am wrong..
. Waiting for more clues but I guess CBS is off for the Holiday

So the purple " guide " is a guide to find a clue in this building or what ever the hell it is? Wish I could find it
My guess is this is a task they have to do here is to get the clue that sends them to the Quito airport and then to San Pedro/Atacama desert and then to Chuquicamata Mine / Desert truck where they have to Change a tire? the roadblock?

I think this place is in Chile. They have a good reputation and several schools for Navy. I am trying to find something there.
There is Museum called "Museo Naval y Maritimo de Punta Arenas" in Chile. THis is in a town called Punta ARenas, close to the Tierra del Fuego National Park. I cannot find pictures of the Museum, but this may be what we are looking for. Here is a map of the area (hope I do it right)

definitely some kind of nautical museum--that's a figurehead on the wall+ the ship model... would make sense if it was something to do with the Straits of Magellan or Magellan himself... [attachment deleted by admin]

The guard in the back wears the same kind of uniform as the guard in the counting room, and the walls do seem to match the earlier R/A cap (purple guidebook).

charlierose , great find on the naval museum. You stated "THis is in a town called Punta Arenas, close to the Tierra del Fuego National Park. I cannot find pictures of the Museum, but this may be what we are looking for. Here is a map of the area (hope I do it right)" Your map is fine. I would caution you that PUNTA ARENAS is nowhere near Tierra del Fuego National Park, which is close to USHUAIA, Argentina. Perhaps you were thinking Tierra del Fuego Island, which can be seen across the Strait of Magellan from PUNTA ARENAS.

Is the guy a taxi driver? Maybe they pooled their money to hire him and something went wrong. [attachment deleted by admin]

I've attached a kmz for Chuquicamata. It's only a dozen miles or so from Calama, the place Apskip mentioned for flights into the desert area. If you look closely into the mine, you can see the giant earthmovers going in and out of the pit.

Good catch on the taxi Slowhatch
..trying to think outside the box. To me it just looked like they were standing on a roadside in the middle of a desert.
