I don't know but it looks like there are all kinds of colors (yellow, blue, red, purple) all stuck together along with the white instruction page. |

I think the purple thing might be a guide book or maybe of the area or maybe of the court house so they can find thing (Possibly the road block like TAR9 in the prison |
