"I Covered His Mouth, Oh My Gosh!" -- An impromptu alliance between two teams crumbles when they both try to ditch each other at a connecting airport, on THE AMAZING RACE 10, Sunday, Oct. 15 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Tension escalates as one racer's slower pace causes their team to miss a bus.  One racer tries to align with another team, offering to lead them to a travel agency where they may obtain help racing to the next destination.  The racer simply asks that team to remember the favor down the line.  Trying to be practical jokers, one team pretends to make flight reservations on a fake cell phone while another racer gets nervous and borrows a local's cell phone to make actual reservations, causing the jokers' plan to backfire.

These 2 shots look like they are arriving at the pit stop to me. Peter is throwing his bag down and Tyler/James are congratulating each other. If so, they both look happy so neither teams placed last. If this the pitstop maybe it is the Shelter Beach Resort. It is next door (just up the beach) from the Crocodile Bank. There are buoys in the water marking a swimming area like you would see at a resort.

I agree.  Was able to identify the Shelter Beach Resort by it's unique pool decoration (see pix below).

I wasn't expecting a commercial for this episode and will try to tape it later ..it shows the racers doing a driving test in India in one of those Tuk Tuk's or Rickshaw's...it almost seemed like a Roadblock as I only saw Rob doing it . The Curry was also mentioned .
